4. Booking and Payment
Session bookings are subject to tutor availability. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. All prices are listed in US dollars. Exclusiveaebouti reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Applicable taxes may apply based on your location.
5. Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel or reschedule sessions up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the session fee. Tutors will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.
6. Code of Conduct
Users must treat tutors, students, and staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of services without refund. Both students and tutors are expected to arrive on time for scheduled sessions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through exclusiveaebouti, including learning materials, lesson plans, and platform features, remains the intellectual property of Exclusiveaebouti or its licensors. Students may use materials for personal learning purposes only and may not redistribute or commercially exploit them.
8. Technical Requirements
Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate internet connectivity, compatible devices, and necessary software to participate in online sessions. Exclusiveaebouti is not responsible for technical issues arising from user equipment or internet service.
9. Limitation of Liability
Exclusiveaebouti provides language tutoring services on an as-is basis. While we strive for high-quality instruction, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Privacy
